Located in Baltimore, Maryland, MediGO is focused on increasing access to organ transplantation by optimizing a currently inefficient, costly, and opaque transplant supply chain. Developed with nationwide procurement research and global supply chain expertise, MediGO is the next generation hardware and software platform for organ transportation logistics and stakeholder communications which produces actionable data that respects the vital contribution of the donor and supports lifesaving healthcare for the recipient. MediGO uses the latest technologies in cloud-based architecture, social media applications, automation, IoT, sensors, big data, and analytics to support organ transportation activity in the United States and the organ procurement organizations (OPOs) which broker organ delivery and acceptance. Additional customers include insurance companies, organ transportation specialists (couriers), and transplant hospitals. MediGO offers an exciting, fast paced environment for a self-starter, requiring limited direction and ready to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Must demonstrate strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a client facing role
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or Healthcare from an accredited college or university; Master’s Degree would be a plus
  • Prior consulting experience is desired
  • Strong technical and analytical skills required
  • Strong powerpoint and excel skills required
  • Experience in the healthcare industry (health systems) is a strong plus; Knowledge of the organ procurement industry would be beneficial
  • Track record of developing and delivering client ready material in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in Internet of Things, data analytics, machine learning, and blockchain
  • Upto 40% travel required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with client teams at functional level
  • Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction as evidenced by Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Understand MediGO market strategy and execute against it in an organized manner
  • Aid in maintaining internal customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Develop client facing materials that articulate the company value proposition in a compelling manner; be able to speak to the technical competence of the solution now and into the future
  • Anticipate evolving industry and client needs and be the voice of the customer to the company by translating into business requirements for the product/service
  • Map and develop workflows to drive organizational change management
  • Manage performance to client service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Aid in program management activities including facilitating key meetings with stakeholders, tracking overall progress of client deliverables, and providing support for the development of product/service offering
  • Highlight areas of service and operational improvement and identify solutions to drive towards improved outcomes
  • Develop business case and perform cost modeling exercises to drive revenue/margin growth
  • Build trusted relationships amongst various internal and external stakeholders and functional leads
  • Aid in customer acquisition and retention strategies by working closely with sales and marketing
  • Develop inter-disciplinary technical expertise across clinical, technological and operational domains
  • Understand product roadmap milestones and set client expectations on delivery timelines
  • Conduct periodic cross-industry benchmarking analyses that inform product enhancements
