Located in Baltimore, Maryland, MediGO is focused on increasing access to organ transplantation by optimizing a currently inefficient, costly, and opaque transplant supply chain. Developed with nationwide procurement research and global supply chain expertise, MediGO is the next generation hardware and software platform for organ transportation logistics and stakeholder communications which produces actionable data that respects the vital contribution of the donor and supports lifesaving healthcare for the recipient. MediGO uses the latest technologies in cloud-based architecture, social media applications, automation, IoT, sensors, big data, and analytics to support organ transportation activity in the United States and the organ procurement organizations (OPOs) which broker organ delivery and acceptance.  Additional customers include insurance companies, organ transportation specialists (couriers), and transplant hospitals. Requirements and Skills:

  • Must demonstrate strong communication and relation building skills amongst a C-suite environment
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a client management role in a cross-functional capacity and product oriented environment
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or Healthcare from an accredited college or university; Master’s Degree would be a plus
  • Experience in the organ procurement industry is desired; alternatively experience in the healthcare industry (health systems) is a strong plus
  • Able to articulate clinical, technological and operational aspects of product and service to a varied client audience
  • Track record of high customer retention as evidenced by consistently high Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver against service level agreements in an operational role
  • Interest in Internet of Things, data analytics, machine learning, and blockchain
  • Upto 40% travel required; Prior consulting experience would be a plus
  • Strong program management, powerpoint and excel skills required

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with C-suite across the OPO and transplant center industry
  • Responsible for driving and maintaining high customer Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Understand MediGO market strategy and execute against it in an organized manner
  • Drive customer retention amonst customers by building and maintaining internal customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Develop/provide input on client facing materials that articulate the company value proposition in a compelling manner; be able to speak to the technical competence of the solution now and into the future
  • Anticipate evolving client needs and be the voice of the customer to the company by translating into business requirements for the product/service
  • Achieve client focused operational and financial goals and metrics ; develop and manage performance to client service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Build trusted relationships amongst various stakeholders and functional leads with the client and MediGO teams
  • Aid in customer acquisition and retention strategies by working closely with sales and marketing
  • Direct actions of junior team members towards achieving customer success goals
  • Understand product roadmap milestones and set client expectations on delivery timelines
  • Work with inter-disciplinary client and company teams to deliver against product commitments; Gain internal and external stakeholder buy-in on program scope and schedule
  • Conduct periodic cross-industry benchmarking analyses that inform product enhancements
  • Understand key operational cost drivers and impact on customer account level margins
  • Ensure compliance with current federal, state and local regulations at the client level
  • Build the awareness of the MediGO brand across the organ transplant ecosystem by representing company at industry events, trade shows and conferences
