War Horse Digital’s principals assembled the land and team that produced Northwoods Industrial Park, a 340 acre master planned business park located in Loudoun County, Virginia in the heart of Data Center Alley and adjacent to Washington Dulles International Airport. Northwoods consists of over two million square feet of industrial buildings, including a data center for Raytheon Technologies and two large Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers. Northwoods leverages world-class energy, fiberoptic and transportation infrastructure, while carefully integrating with the surrounding residential community.
