Anthem House Wins Home of the Year at GALA Awards & More

We could not be more proud to announce that Anthem House and the Sagamore Pendry Hotel were recipients of the Urban Land Institute’s Wavemaker Award! Anthem House went on to be granted two awards at the Great American Living Awards (GALA).

ULI WAVEMAKER AWARD

The Urban Land Institute’s Wavemaker Award recognizes Maryland’s most successful real estate developments. This year, two of our projects were awarded: Anthem House, a 292 unit, mixed-use luxury development in Locust Point and the Sagamore Pendry Hotel, a four-star hotel in Fells Point with an infinity pool, restaurant, ballroom, and meeting space. The Sagamore Pendry was done in collaboration with our Partners, Sagamore Development.

GALA AWARDS

At the 2017 GALA Awards, Anthem House was awarded the grand award of Home of the Year, which according to GALA, honors the best in Design & Architecture and Interior Design/Merchandising for a Model. The building was also awarded Best Mixed-Use, due to its 20,000 feet of retail space and top-notch fitness facilities. Congratulations to our partners, Bozzuto, and Solstice Partners!
